Help notification problems(gs5)

Ever since I updated to lollipop my led light has not gone off when I receive a message and my screen doesn't light up when I get one either.... I went through all the settings and put led and notifications on/off and restarted and still nothing, any help?

Sometimes an update will make things a little wonky, so if anyone else doesn't have any suggestions, sometimes a factory reset may be in order.
Just be sure to save the things you need saved as a FR will wipe your phone clean

Just tried texting my wife's s5 (running lollipop since it came out the box) and her display lights up but she doesn't get an led
