Help Notification Pulldown

I would like to edit the text "Verizon Wireless" in the notification pulldown. I know if I do this it will also change on the lock screen.

Does anyone know how to complete this?
If you could post a small how to, it would be greatly appreciated!

If you're phone is rooted some ROMs give you control over that - or at least they make it so you can make it say nothing at all.
The app Widget Locker also allows you to change the lock screen
