I can not figure out how to get my phone to vibrate when I get a text or another type of notification. When I turn my phone down to vibrate, it will only vibrate when someone calls me. When I have the volume turned up on my phone I do not want it to vibrate, only when I turn the sound off. Can anyone please help me here?
