Root Notification Sounds issue, froyo

Okay, hi. After updating to Froyo rooted, using Trident's guide. My notification sounds are acting a little weird. I have set a specific one for texts, one for emails, and a general one in the system settings. For some reason it ignores my special email and text ones and just plays the system default whenever I get a text or email. Anyone have an idea what's up?

Same here...if you set the standard notification to a factory one, all works well.

I had the same problem. Setting the notifications individually (through Gmail and Messaging settings) fixed it. I couldn't choose the "default notification" sound; I used Rings Extended and ASTRO to manually pick the file from my SD card and it retained the setting.

Another oddity I've noticed is that there doesn't seem to be any Picture Frame widget.
