I've had my ZTE Warp Sequent for almost a year now and this has never happened. My phone got turned off while I had it set to silent because I had it in a really tight pocket, and when I turned it back on and put it back on full sound, the text/alert/notification tone would only vibrate. When I select the tone in the menu, it works fine, but when I actually get a text or a notification, it only vibrates. Turning the phone on and off again doesn't help. Open to any suggestions, I just don't want to factory reset.
P.S. I tried calling boost about it, but they were no help. They don't have tech support at the stores, either.
