Help Notifications on Android Tapatalk

Hi guys,
I've got a few questions about Tapatalk. If I put this topic in wrong secion, I'm sorry.

But to the point, I subscribe few subforums, and incoming notifications in tapatalk makes me angry, in addition I get lots of emails about new topics which I don't want.
Now, is it possible to set tapatalk to don't notify me with new topic. But only notify about topic with my reply, and PM's for example.
And I also don't want emails with new topics because that makes my gmail full of messages

I barely use Tapatalk any more, and don't use the more recent versions, so am not expert on its settings. TBH I just turn all notifications off for that app. At least the version I have doesn't seem to have very fine-grained settings for this.

However, are you sure that it's Tapatalk settings you need to look at for this, as opposed to the forum settings that control what you are notified of?

Goto Settings (in the App)>Forum Notifications>OFF

Like Hadron, I turn mine off. The notifications get annoying if you are in even just one forum

I've turned off "Subscribed subforums" "Subscribe topics"
And I still get notifications but now without E-mail.

BTW If that wasn't a problem, could you speak more understandable for me? , because I'm not native speaker

But any way, I'll have to check up my PMs manually due to annoying new topics notifications

The directions I gave were for ALL notifications. Did you goto the main settings?

I agree. The latest versions of Tapatalk have tons of unexplained quirks and this topic may have utility as an ongoing conversation.

To be honest, settings in taptalk are quite un-understandable ,
For example You turn off something but that is still working

Did you go into each forum's settings and turn off the subscribed topics and subforums in there? That's a separate setting from the Group Subscribed Topics and Subforums.
