Help notifications ot showing on lock screen

my infinix hot 4 doesnt show notifications on the lock screen
i went to setting>sound&notifications>notifications>when device is locked> then i change to "show all notification content" but it still doesnt show. when i go to the settings again, it turns back to "dont show notifications at all" and keeps turning back when i change it.

Could be an app or something on the phone causing it! Try putting the phone in safe mode and see if it works!
