Last night before bed I glanced at today's agenda and noticed I had a wrong time for an event- my fault, it was something which changed and I never corrected on my phone. No biggie, I clicked it, hit 'edit' and encountered two repeatable problems which I've never seen before. I've tested versus my tablet which also has ICS so I'm assuming this is a Sense issue:
* In the Edit Event dialog I see time zone is set to GMT + 0, and the event is set for 2pm.
Ok. . that's right I guess for a 9am CST event but I really don't want to edit things in GMT, so I set the Time Zone back to GMT-5, but the event time stays at 2pm. Confusing, and room for a big mistake to occur because I can either choose to edit always in GMT+0, or change to CST and remember to change times back.
* When I click "Save" I get a message asking if I want to Notify the Event Organizer - Ok or Cancel. I am the event organizer, I created it, it's on my calendar and I'm not sharing it with anyone. How to stop it from asking that every time I edit my own event?
