I just checked my pre-order status page, and low and behold what I see - "Out for Shipping" My previous extimated ship date was Jan 9th, 2011.

Luckily, I wasn't one of those who had the pre-order issue - mine went pretty smoothly for the most part. Chase did send me an email following the payment to verify it was a valid transaction. I'll post back once I actually get a tracking number.
