Help Nova Launcher install help.

I see there are two ways to install the Nov launcher.
1. apk
2. zip

I want to take full advantage of this app, so the zip is the way to go.
But I am just a little confused about installing it via Rom Manager.

Sorry if this has been talked about here before,But with the VZW and the GSM being separated it is confusing.:(

download the .zip file, reboot into clockwork recovery. clear cache and dalvik (under advanced menu), select "install zip from sd', navigate to your download folder, find the nova.zip and install. reboot, done. :cool:

OK. Will this show up as an app or will it just be there?

i am just using the apk (don't need widgets in my app drawer), but i think it will overwrite your stock launcher, making it the only one available. not 100% sure on that though.

I tried the zip method and I do not see a change. Hmmm.
Maybe I should just use the apk file.
