Nova Launcher

Me, too. I got it when it was on sale for $0.25. Played around and found I liked the extra customisations it allowed. I got rid of the app tray and set my home screen to have 6 rows of icons. I don't like the app tray and would rather have an extra row of icons. This allows me to need fewer home screens.
 
Having read all the positive reviews about Nova, installed it again. Still miss the shadows and, even more, those nice folder animations. Just enjoy the way the app icons roll out of the folder and then roll back in. So I am back to TW...
By the way, ADW released all-new launcher, as good and fast as Nova.
 
On the subject of Nova Launcher, does anyone know if you can have infinite scroll in the app drawer, but only between apps? E.g scrolling to the end of the apps and then it would start at the apps again. I know you can do this in Apex but I've scoured the Nova settings and can't find anything :(

I think the main reason people turn to other launchers is additional functionality. TW is really limited as far as customization options. My main dislike of TW is that it doesn't have a landscape mode when viewing the home screen. Also, the lack of gesture options is lame. An option for multiple rows of the dock would also be nice.

Other than that I generally prefer TW as my launcher. The stock calendar widget is a big plus for TW. I can't figure out for the life of me, why there isn't one single professional looking calendar widget on the market. APW is good, but it's not scrollable. Obviously the stock calendar widget isn't scrollable either, but at least it looks decent.

Have you tried Pure Calendar Widget (agenda)?
 
I just installed Anton's Calendar Widget. It's customizable and comes with lots of sizes. I don't think it's scrollable. It's free. I'm really happy with it.

Yes, it does. I used this feature for a while before I decided to get rid of the app drawer all together.
 
I'm using jorte again for a calendar widget, since the tw one won't work with nova. I used to use it on my dx but I didn't use it when I got my gs3 because the tw one was so good.

Thanks. I did not know about this widget before. It is indeed very cool and highly cuztomizeable widget. I would even say too customizeable with plenty of skins. A couple of features that are really good: it can switch between month and week view on home screen itself; you don't need to leave the home screen to create a new event. But the stock widget still looks so great that I could not shift....
