And I just Now Receive my E-mail notification from Verizon. Wonderful.. Well at least they gave it to us on the day of. It would be more ironic if it was days after the release.

Its not like any of us really needed it though haha. We all dug and sifted through all the interwebs to find the info.

For those of you expecting to get this email before today, you are sadly mistaken. Look at the email in the first post, it says "now available". Was it available yesterday? Nope, nor was it available 2 days ago when wirefly was doing preorders. You signed up to know when it was available, and that was starting today, not yesterday or the day before. So for verizon to send it out today, is going with exactly what they said they would do, email you the day it was available.

I bought my iPhone via the web. I called today and told them I wanted to exchange it for the ThunderBolt. I have to say the build quality on the iPhone and call quality as well as signal strength are amazing. But I am an Android guy and I love the bigger screen.

Anyway long story short the rep waived the $35 dollar restocking fee and when the order was complete the Thunderbolt was only $187.00 not $250!!!???!?!? I asked her about the difference not wanting to get screwed or surprised later when the fixed this error or worse yet delayed my shipping.

She went the whole way through and it confirmed that I will be billed $187!!!!!
