Well, it looks like the app itself is free:

But the Premium level is a $1.99 per month subscription cost for which I'm sure you'd have to contact the coordinate with the company itself (via their app, I believe).

I would like to know if anyone knows how to decrypt or recover the hidden videos and pictures in Nq Mobile Vault. I lost password and now can't get into the app/ I connected SD Card to PC and files are in a folder called SystemAndroid but are encrypted. shows the file as .bin files. I tried using a Hxd or SQLite viewer but I can't find password or how to recover them...anyone please help??

NQ Mobile makes your privacy our top priority. Unfortunately, that means your NQ Mobile Vault password is kept secret, even to us. If you forget your password, we have no way to get it back; however, you can use Vault Online to backup all of your Vault content (including call & SMS history, photos & videos) to a secure private cloud storage, which you can restore back onto your phone or a new phone. You can set up a new Vault password by uninstalling and reinstalling NQ Mobile Vault. Please note, if you reinstall NQ Mobile Vault with a new password you will not be able to access data you stored using your old password.

Yes I have tried that already.. .I was just wondering if there is anyway to decrypt files that are stored on the SD Card? The files that I need show up as images or videos but are encrypted so I am not able to open them... how would I be able to decrypt them or restore back to the original path where they were taken from. It shows it on an SQLite Database Viewer but I don't know how to do this.
