Help numberpad during talk

hey
just wondering if anyone else is experience problems with the numberpad during talk. I cant use the numbers with touch i have to use the Dpad to press numbers, and that only works the first time. If i wait a bit then that wont work either.
This is really annoying when u are making calls where u have get different options during the call, u know "press 1 for.... press 2 for..." and so on.

ive never experienced this problem but others have

i believe a firmware update fixes the problem

if you search around the forums im sure you will find the thread with this particular problem

I used to have the exact same problem. Even the Dpad would stop working.

Update the firmware. Then search this forum for 'proximity sensor during call' and follow the instructions there.

If you have a screen protector, that might also affect your sensor.
