When I enter a number in text on the phone i.e 34523 in "note everything"app they sometimes appear in blue color. If I then want to edit it,it opens up the dialer:rolleyes:.This behviour is not limited to note everything app,but elsewher as well on the phone.
Its driving me nuts....can this behaviour be modified/changed? The phone thinks that any digits is a phone number?
Thanks for suggestions.

I don't know about other apps, but I do know how to change it in Note Everything. From the main NE screen, press the Menu key, then select Preferences, Note preferences, Linkification. Unselect Phone Numbers.

Note that you can control what gets "linkified". It's also fairly simple to turn an option off, edit the note, then come back and turn it back on again. This is useful if you have notes where you'd actually like to click on a phone number and have the dialler appear, or click a web URL and have the browser open.
