Root NV Items Readable - Yes or No?

Can someone confirm if the NV items are easily readable on the LG Marquee via QPST/QXDM? Trying to decide on whether or not to buy one...

Lack of dev and lg support, sound is really low. It's decent and you can get them on ebay for around 60 or less (one on there now (buy it now) for 53)). It's not bad and if 60 dollars is your price range I would get it especially since it's easily flashed to verizon metro and boost
