ST83

Newbie
Hi there,
Since getting my HTC Desire I've had problems with sending/receiving mms.
O2 have emailed the settings they think will work, but still no luck.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks!
Can you paste the settings O2 sent you here please? I'm having the same trouble since my recent ROM change, and searching gives loads of different results!

Plus it will help others be able to help you, of course :)

Thanks

Rob

This is correct, however this is a 2ND APN and there is another for Internet. In "TYPE" for this, it must be set as "MMS" and the other type should be "default, supl"

This is so confusing, I've got 5 different APNs, the first 3 have got radio buttons next to them and the last two haven't.

Name / APN / Username / APN type
1. O2 UK / mobile.o2.co.uk / O2web / default, supl
2. O2 UK / mobile.o2.co.uk / vertigo / default, supl, mms
3. O2 UK Postpay MMS / wap.o2.co.uk / O2wap / default, supl
4. O2 MMS Postpay / wap.o2.co.uk / o2wap / mms
5. O2 UK MMS / idata.o2.co.uk / vertigo / mms

Number 3 is the one I've set up as per the above thread. So should I delete numbers 2, 4 and 5?
