o2 PAYG MMS problems!

Hi everyone i know theres been a few posts about mms settings but im still having trouble. I have an unlocked Hero currently on O2, ive tried several mms settings and have now just erased them all as non seem to work. Does anyone have some settings that work which i can copy? And also when i goto O2.co.uk the htc hero isnt selectable to be sent the settings

These settings should work.

Access point name: wap.o2.co.uk (contract customers) or payandgo.o2.co.uk (pay-as-you-go customers)
Username: o2wap (contract customers) or payandgo (pay-as-you-go customers)
Password: password
Authentication: Normal
Data bearer: GPRS
Gateway IP (proxy) address: 193.113.200.195
Session mode: Permanent
Port number: 8080 or 9201
URL address: http://mmsc.mms.o2.co.uk:8002

cool, you know on the hero though theres more tabs in there which i dont know what to put, like theres "proxy" and "port" aswell as server and the rest.
