I like the date and time in the middle of the notification bar and the nav buttons being over the wallpaper instead of a black bar. Is that a ROM?

Not crazy about the color, but love the layout. By any chance does the background color change with the temperature?

No it doesn't, but that would be cool. I am sure you could modify the colors a bit with a different background. The clock also has a blue/green color set as well.

It's uccw widget for the clock. The clock is called Klok. Icons are called GreyButtons. Wallpaper is just an orange one I searched for. Weather widget is eye in the sky.

Nice, I haven't changed mine since my last post. Very rare for me since I used to change it weekly. I just love my current setup.
What ROM you running? Carbon?
