OCD Question

When the bottom four keys are illuminated, and if you look down the screen almost perpendicularly can you see the glow of the bottom buttons(inside the phone)? Almost as if the light is leaking from the bottom buttons.

The first run of the Imagio had this issue -- they later fixed it.

I can see how it would bother someone, though it is a minor thing.

Its not as bad as the picutre about I actually only see glow from the middle two buttons.

Look at the incredible at an angle like show in the picture. Do you see any light leaking?

Send the phone to me now!

You could return it for another but fire up the new one before leaving the store to be sure that the new one does not have the same issue. Of course you'll have to wait until all the release hubub cools down. Shucks, by then it may not bother you.

If I had the phone I would check...but it hasn't been delivered yet.

This is more absurd than the uproar over the dots because of the touchscreen.

Just tested it for you and yes the menu and back arrow have light leakage while the home and search have none.

I don't have mine yet. Maybe use some black magic marker or some black hockey tape.

Hold the screen a certain way if it is black and you can see white dots under the screen.

Oh noes time to return the phone! Light leak AND white dots if I hold it at the perfect angle! UNACCEPTABLE.

@OP - You must have either come from a Storm (which is why you're sensitive to it) or have never seen the light leakage from it (or you'd be appreciative of little there is).

haha i was about to say, lots of whiners from the BB crowd on leakage i have a BB Tour and I could care less, there's more important things in life to worry about.

Put a piece of electrical tape over where the light leaks! heh
