I just purchased this recently on ebay. i haven't put an operating sim in it yet. set up on WiFi. t mobile put a sim not activated. the t-moble logo did not appear. the seller sold as unlockedunder all circumstances the nexus chargers, but looking at the battery setting odd:
-it is charging, but shows it is not charging; doesn't show a/c vs none a/c. it is charging quickly on a powergen 2.1 amp charger that i use with other phones and it work great and quick. at the t mobile store it was the same thing.
-the micro ubs port seems solid.
-i did a factory reset and same thing
-plays pandora, netflix skype google maps works

any ideas? the phone will get access to both t mobile and at&t sims soon

when the phone arrive the battery was run to completely empty--the home screen battery indicator had a red !. starting the charge took 10 mintes or so. once i had a red verticle line horizon, the 1750 battery was fully charged in less than two hours and showed 100%
do i have a problem and need to return the nexus to the seller--assuming the sim work well and no problems on both t mobile and at&t?
any ideas? know problem?
