This is a pretty strange and specific issue and I have no idea what the problem is. Normally I recieve vibration notifications without any problems while the screen is on, however, when the screen is turned off SMS notifications are disjointed and cut off. They're useless. I have no idea when I'm recieving an SMS until I check. What is even stranger is that phone calls vibrate perfectly fine when the screen is off, and stranger still that this worked yesterday before I put Cyanogenmod on it. I have no idea what is wrong.
