Help Odd folder opening behaviour

An odd thing just started happening. When I try and open an app folder the opened folder containing the apps is really transparent and only just visible. You are still able to select an app as long as you press in the right place. It doesn't happen all the time either. And yes, I've turned it off and on again. I've added a screen shot to show wants going on.

Any ideas?

Guess not then. I'll see what hard reset can do.

Two ideas ...

If you are running an alternate launcher like Nova Launcher Prime try running the stock launcher instead.

Try running in Safe Mode (disabling all apps you added without uninstalling them) and if the problem stop[s it is caused by an app that you added.

Cheers dude, didn't have a alternative launcher running.

It might have been coincidence, but I had taken the lock screen off, when I put it back on the anomaly stopped. Haven't been able to replicate it either.

I assume you are running Kit Kat and that you upgraded from Jelly Bean. Did you do a Factory Data Reset after the upgraded (it is highly recommended after any major system upgrade)?

Did you do a Factory Data Reset due to this issue?

I think I did a reset just after the update. Force of habit now.
