Help Odd Pictures Popping Up in Gallery

A couple of pictures keep returning to my Gallery after I delete Them and I have no idea where they come from.

The location is: /storage/emulated/0/campaignIcons/know0.png
Album is: campaigneIcons
Title is: know0

Anyone have any idea what these are?

probably some app/game resources. try to use file manager like total commander and remove the folder completely (you can guess what app created them by comparing folder/file creation date within file manager with installation of some game/app). I don't think you would even need root for this action.

I'll get reply back in a few days. They seem to take a few days to re-appear.

I deleted them on 8/18.
They reappeared on the 20th.
Probably one if my games.

Do you have the WeatherBug app installed? I've seen some reports around the web that the campaignIcons folder gets created by WeatherBug.

Aside from deleting it, you could also use a file explorer create a text file inside the folder called ".nomedia". The presence of that file *should* prevent Android from displaying it in the gallery. :thumbup:

I get those also. I do have Weatherbug, and I'd have never thought about Weatherbug.

They seem to be gone now.
I used to have WeatherBug on my device but haven't had on for some time.
