Root Odex .588 -->> Deodexed 591?

Before I proceed, is it possible to go into CWM and flash a deodexed version of 591 if I'm on a rooted .588 (odexed) version of GB?

I don't see why not. I went from a deodexed .588 to the deodexed .591. I would imagine it would be the same only for you there wouldn't be the step of deodexing the .588 first like I did then updating a few weeks later to the .591.

Be sure to make a backup before you try.
