Root Off Topic Threads

Well, I would suggest making a thread in the lounge devoted to Triumph users. I would post there in it! 
There is a lot of leeway before anything gets moved/reported most of the time.
There are just a few posts where that sort of thing goes against the purpose of the thread if carried on too much (ROM threads, development threads, threads asking for help before the answer is given, etc). I am not saying that needs to end or anything, but if the purpose is to be off topic, then it belongs in the lounge. I know the Droid Incredible, and the Galaxy Nexus have threads like that (as do Forum Games!). 
It was already suggested today to have a thread for off topic stuff and a mod stopped by and said that stuff belongs in the lounge. We should abide by that.
That isn't saying that most threads can't "drift" some after problems are solved and that sort of thing. They can meander all over the place as long as it isn't going to make things worse for people looking for answers. I agree that it is nice to talk with the Triumph folks here and let the subject go where it may, but we can all do that in the lounge too.
Edit: I also moved this to a different post, as there has been a lot of people complaining of off topic stuff in that dev thread. Let's keep that one on topic
