I love the touch screen focus. I love how clear the pictures are, I love how fast the camera is. Pictures are actually fun to take instead of a hassle like on my old LG Dare.

Here's some pics I took today at the aviation museum. Just point, touch focal point, and shoot.

These pictures all look fantastic. I've not yet taken a picture, but I have opened up the camera app. In a "low light" area, it looks like garbage. With a lamp or light behind, it just looks terrible. Moving into the light makes it look a bit better. I'm hoping this isn't an issue with the camera, because the rest of the unit works very well.

But yes, all of the outdoor pictures really look great. Going forward into the summer, I'm hoping to snap quite a few myself. Here is to hoping that they look less like garbage than they do on the preview screen.
 
My experience w/ phones has been that they can take outside pics fairly well. Or even spot light enhanced pics. But when it comes to indoor, normal lighting, forget about quality.
 
Here's one I just took walking back from class. Didn't do anything fancy literally just opened the camera app (about 7 times before it finally worked) pointed and shot.

These are all nice, but a question. I noticed you have to click the optical trackball to take the picture. When i do that, I move the camera a little bit trying to push in the trackball. I used to have the ability to tap the screen t take the picture. Is that an option? I used CameraFX I think in the past on my N1.

Also, a nice option might be to have it take the picture after the autofocus has turned green. Might be a nice setting to have.

I saw this on the way to class today.

I mean there's nothing wrong with the car per say.. But

If you have say "cool ride" on your car, then its instant FAIL.

I have a theory about PT Cruisers. Some people are going to hate me for saying this but.

It seems like over 95% of the people driving them are either over 50 years old or fat, sometimes both.

Sorry, i call them like i see them.

Yes you can tap and hold the screen to take pics also
