Official Android 4.1.2 XWLSU S2

I see that 4.1.2 XWLSU has been released for the S2, as Im having problems with Neatrom LSS, Camera Not saving pics on memory, Some programmes not downloading from store and swift key not download language file i thought maybe i might go Official for a while. Although theres not a UK version, would this matter what version i download?
 
I believe the only way it will effect you is in signal strength through the modem, though that may be a good or a bad thing! Otherwise everything should work fine :-)
 
Ok thanks. I shall now look into Irons other post of Official XWLSW and phils.
# Am i correct thinking, I can: Boot into CWM, Nuke sript ( i think phone needs cleaing ),Connect with USB CWM, copy XWLSW to phone,Install through CWM, reboot. # When should i install phils ? Before or after ?

XWLSW, released this morning, is currently stock Samsung firmware from SamMobile and is a .tar file that has to be flashed via Odin. Then you can re-root with PhilZ
 
I've flashed it with odin so im stock now 4.1.2 XWLSW, factory reset, cleared cache and data. Can give any details about Rom you may require as You've all helped me out.

11.3gb free out of 11.4gb.

All my previous problems have been fixed ( Suspect it was me ).
If i choose to can i root this but keep stock firmware.

As not to make multi posts, How. :o)
 
Well that was quick, XWLSW neatrom has been released. Do i just odin it on top ?

The none black bar at the top of stock is the most annoying thing and cerberus not being fully functional.

That is a .zip file and is flashed via CWM Recovery, not Odin.

Default XWLSW. So before i recharge, 2d 12h 35m up time. Usage 8 hours mp3 / Radio. A little web , a couple of small apps, small txt usage. All power savings options applied.

Might be nice to compare with Neatrom and everyone's helpful and I have nothing to offer back.

On a side not, bought my Galaxy s2 on the 3 Nov 2011 and the battery is still doing well.
