This may affect some people who have family members but wouldn't use a plan fully or such.

No important communication was ever referred to as "twittering/tweeting". That is the annoying chatter that birds make I like getting a page of real info.

Also if you want something easier for lots to follow, there is already a Evo 4G Google Wave that I started back when it was still the Supersonic. Haven't checked up on it in a while but we could use that too.

dunno what to tell you, but if you put andriod 2.2 into google search. the word froyo comes up on 99% of the searches

and if you google android 2.5 you get Froyo, It means nothing.

hmm. not saying ur wrong. but the numbers don't match with the names.
Esclair from what i understand is 2.1. Froyo is 2.2. So 2.2 esclair sounds like it's a 2.1.2 which is a modified version of esclair to work with 2.2 froyo.

From what the Google reps we had at Intel. They said "Fryo in 6 weeks" I took that as 2.5. Since I saw 2.2 Eclair and we wrote code for 2.2 Eclair to support Wimax the last 30 days (No sleep). I just got the okay today to be a little loose lipped about things. I have even showed my bosses, this thread, including reps from HTC/Sprint/Google/ and yours truly at Intel. I want to sound positive about everything and want to be posistive about everything. I am with you though, I will take whatever they give and be very appreciative. We just want EVO and I am saying..It's done..This thread is only place to hear it periode..Nobody in the world has this information and it was out of appreciation from Google/Sprint/HTC/Intel...You guys got the low down on things. There small thing, but there things.

from what i understand, those should be LED backlits for the icons. it will light up when needed

I'm not questioning your logic of the function of the circles, just that if I remember correctly, I read in this thread that the circles would be absent on the finished device.

I would say no at this point. The only thing they talked about in the article was a BB Curve. I think at this point the EVO is going to be the pride and joy of sprint. Dan wants to push the prepaid service as much as possible, but if you want this beauty then your going to have to stick with sprint and not one of its smaller prepaid companies.

Evo, and the majority of smart phones, won't fall onto this prepaid plan. I think the phones will be geared towards feature phones, and not phones for avid web surfers (or they'd never make money).

They're probably plans your parents would enjoy I know that's exactly what my mom is looking for.

Sorry I wasn't speaking to you per say. Just got the wrong quote. I was answering the OP's question.

If you can't activate it, I would just suggest buying an Evo then flashing it to Cricket which should be pretty simple. Of course this will mean either way you can't use 4g but still save on everything. Cricket even takes stolen and bad ESN phones.
