Official GS2 ICS release

The ICS update will be available tomorrow & i'm on a rooted phone.

Now that an official release is confirmed, how long do you think it would take to get a custom ROM released, based on this official release?

As I'm rooted, is it possible for me to go back to the original ROM then get the official release through Kies? I've heard some things mentioned about the binary counter, would this affect me getting the update?

I'd prefer to use a custom ROM, but am eager to get a good working version of ICS ASAP

Hawker reckons about 2-4 days after the official release and CheckROM will have an I.C.S. release. Siyah kernel and JKay themes should be out fairly quickly too.

Personally, as far as when ICS is actually released, I'll believe it when I see it.
There have been numerous release date promises as far back as Christmas with still nothing showing. Don't hold your breath, but judging by all the big developer's recent pushes on ICS, hopefully it shouldn't be too much longer. No doubt as soon as these developers get their hands on the official sources they will let us know pretty soon.
