Thank you for providing all of those details! I'm sorry for the delayed response. Here's what I found out: all preorders placed prior to 3 pm CST today should be received on Monday, February 21st via Federal Express. Also, FedEx is open on Monday!
There isn't an option to change the shipping method on preorders, so this is normal. Also, it's normal for the amount to be in held status prior to the device leaving the warehouse, and it'll likely reappear soon as an actual charge once it's cleared the warehouse as "Shipped". You'll also receive an e-mail advising of this and providing you with the FedEx tracking number.
