Mine should arrive soon but my wife's order still says processing. Strange. Our order process was confusing since she was coming from Verizon and I was coming from an ATT family plan, and we are merging to a new family plan. Gonna suck if I'm the only one with a phone today. May be headed to a corporate store later today.
 
Newbie here and really excited about ditching my Iphone3G and playing with my new Atrix. I spent the morning tracking the package and as soon as I saw it was delivered to my local store I ran down to pick it up only to be told that the phone was not going to be released till tomorrow. So what's the deal? Can pre-orders be picked up in stores today or what?
 
I have mine set up now and so far I like it, been using an Iphone for 2 years so it'll be a little bit of a learning curve before I get use to it.
 
It has arrived!!! :D
My sim card was already in the phone - is that weird? Anyone else have that? Are we supposed to charge it for three (excruciatingly long) hours?!?

Yes, they should release it to you since you pre-ordered. Walk in's dont go on sale untill tomorrow.
 
I called AT&T and the rep told me that after you preorder, you have to verify and agree to the terms and conditions in an email they send you. Anyone else have to do this? She said it won't ship until Then.

I didnt do that and mine is on the truck for delivery.
 
Interesting, I am an existing customer and mine is on its way, but my wife is a new customer, and her order still says processing. The only e-mails she got were apparently about my order, and not hers. Once my phone gets delivered, I'm heading to a corporate store.
