you have to give them the ADR for them to be able to order it. ADR6425. i did that, and she was able to figure it out from there. i have an order number and it will email when it ships. she did not say when that would be. but i have an order number, i accepted terms and conditions over the phone as per usual, it's a done deal. i am so hopeful it will ship today. omg, that would rock.

Ugh. So I got the order in, but I missed today's shipping deadline and the guy forgot to ask about next day shipping so I will still be getting it on Monday :(

Did he tell you that? my guy said that even though it was a few minutes after 4:30 that it should ship today and i'll have it friday.
 
I just hope that by getting it early I don't possibly screw myself in terms of getting a GNex if it really turns out to be amazing.

:D but don't blame me if we don't get them till monday. I'll be on pins and needles until I can get home and check my email every 10 seconds! And of course, I can't log into verizon here at work for some reason. can't wait to get home!
 
So my upgrade date isn't until the 22nd...do you guys think they will let me upgrade early? And if so, what number are you guys calling to order? And if I press for overnight, is there a chance I can still get it Friday?
 
I have the phone in hand....am at work and have not yet activated it.

It is looking nice...feels thinner in the hand then it looks laying down.
 
Got my order to go through it only took about 4 phone calls to get the right rep! $249 Sweet! It should be here tomorrow!

Rep said I couldn't do early upgrade on a device that wasn't out yet. Totally blocked me. Idk if I want to try again. Socially awkward penguin worries that he'll get the same rep again and look like an idiot.
 
Yeah... I was pissed the guy didn't bring it up before he finalized the order (after which he apparently couldn't do anything), but at least he knew what the phone was.
 
Congrats to everyone getting them early. I like this cause now i'll get some feedback sooner lol Now if only the g Nex would drop.
 
I am assuming that if we ordered by phone, we have no way to track it? I have an order number but it looks like since it was a phone order i won't have enough info. Will I get an email? My Dinc is greyed out now when I go to "status of upgrade" and it says I need to activate a new phone!!

I ordered around 8:30 last night, then called back about 2 hours later to confirm. Today at lunch when I called (picked option 4 and said "check order status") because I didn't have an email confirmation, it automatically sent me a text with the tracking number. Then it said I could press 2 to receive an email confirmation, but then it said that it was unable to send one and to try again later. I pressed 0 to talk to a person and she said that they don't have the ability to force a send of a confirmation email, and she just had it send another text. So maybe call in a few hours and see if you can get the automated text.

Great thanks! I will try that! We finished our conversation at like 4:34 and I asked if I made the cutoff to ship today and he said yes, so HOPING!!

I got a email before I was even off the phone, as long as you have an email address on file you should receive an email soon.
 
Just to give everyone heads up....if you call Verizon today you should be able to order the Rezound....it is in inventory...just tell the rep to check inventory.

I just ordered with overnight shipping and it will arrive tomorrow.
