Lol I really lack commitment. Hello again. Now that the hype has settled down, at least in my head, the infuse sounds like a possible alternative, if release date and prices seem to be dangling far away with the SGS2. The problem is the infuse has as much info about release as the SGS2, meaning it might not even come out anytime soon, or might be just a canceled project meant to give Samsung a presence at CES. The Inspire is a really nice phone to hold and has a nice screen and fast UI. The key is it is available NOW and is pretty cheap, especially second-hand, which is practically new. If only the inspire didn't have such a crappy video camera.

Btw any clues if the filing is legit or when the manual will be public since thats somewhat of an indication of when the phone will release.

im sure its legit.att has the infuse listed on their site Samsung Infuse 4G ? Android 2.2 Smartphone ? Cant wait for this phone I have the HTC Inspire now but will get the samsung when it is released. I really want the HDMI out and that 4.5in SAMOLED screen. Should be really nice..

me too. i have the captivate because it was the only good phone on att back then. i'm aiming on the atrix or infuse. i'm going for the infuse because of the bigger screen. i have to squint on my 4" screen. hopefully the extra .5 will prevent me to do that. plus i love the infuse screen!!! i would get the atrix if it was 4.3" instead of 4".

anyone know the expected time gap between FCC approval to release? maybe one of you has followed another handset so closely that you recall the time gap? i think my HTC Fuze took approx 6 weeks from FCC to release.

Yea I was hoping the Infuse would come out before my trial period is up
on the Inspire but I dont c that happening. I think I might trade my inspire for the atrix just because I really need that HDMI out and love the fact you can get the Media Dock and use it on your laptop and TV. I have found alot of people who are unhappy with the atrix and want the Inspire instead. But the funny thing is after all this the min the Iphone 5 is out I will have it lol

When will it be out? I'm thinking of trading in my Inspire for the Atrix, but if this is coming out soon, then I'll get the Infuse probably.

Verison is getting the galaxy s2...att use the guts of s2 inside the infuse?no you wont do it
save that BS for next year
