Once to this site what next. I see no option to download update and my phone says it is current. I guess I just wait for my turn to get it.

I got my update at a local sprint store. I like it more than I dislike it. I had to download a new music player because the stock player stopped picking up paticular mp3's and it would no longer play these files in background. After 3 days of use I don't see a change in battery consumption but I am sensing improved performance. It's definitely better than ICS. Don't knock it.

Okay the technical support guy just told me that Boost's launching of jellybean was delayed... that the only one available was sprint but within a couple weeks the boost version should be available... I guess the only time it matters is if I want to check my account which I can easily do on my laptop

The Boost one has been out for days. it is GC01. I don't know where you have been getting your information, but several of us have upgraded to GC01 through kies days ago.
