Thanks. I see the following...
1 Flashlight
2 In Manage Application I see SD card
3 Camera I see the four way rotation. When I rotate the icons also rotate. Does not happen in Camcorder.
4 I do not know where to look for voice dialing over bluetooth. May be it is there.
5 I see the Gallery exactly the same as before. Not the nice ones which I see under : Android 2.2 Platform Highlights | Android Developers

Just to add I also see a blue Google icon which takes me to search over Web, All and also applications.

Has anyone figured out how to move apps to the SD card? I went into Manage Applications, but for every app, the option to move to SD card is grayed out.

I was able to move apps to SD using Titanium back up. Open up Tatinium and go to Backup/Restore, tap and hold on to app and do a Move to SD. I've only moved games and apps that don't require system resource.
