Officially Unofficial Best Prices Thread For HTC Inspire!!

to get free i chatted online
gave them my account details
showed them that my school offers 100 off inspire
convinced the person that the 100 is additional to 99 price 2 yr contract (idk if it really is)
they called me up
added to my cart
and paid only some fees and tax forty something and some change
i might call them when i get the phone to waive the fees but dont wanna push my luck

Is there a link to this on their website? I couldn't find it and I called two local Costco's near me and neither had it...

You can call the Costco in Vancouver, Wa, thats where got mine..I just checked there website also, must be to new to be listed online yet..

Wait if you buy the phone at Amazon or another place, do you have to pay tax on the full retail price like you do at the AT&T store? Tax in CA would be like $40 because the phone retails for $400...

As a long time AT&T customer who buys more than a few phones each year here's my experience. It seems like they take many factors into consideration if you approach them with courtesy, and don't threaten to quit & go to another carrier.

I paid under $69.

Any tips? Like what can you say to encourage them to offer you a discount? And what kind of things shouldn't be said?

I got a killer deal guys...went to my AT&T store and told them about the couponcabin.com coupon mentioned above. There's actually an $100 off coupon that links you right to AT&T's website too and gave me $100 off the purchase of two HTC Inspire 4G's. Anyway, my AT&T store matched the coupon. I got 2 Inspire's for $100, plus they waved my activation fees ($36 x 2) and gave me a $50 credit to help offset my ETF for Sprint. Now, to figure out how to use all the features of the Inspir...this is my first Smartphone!

$200, no contract, Premier account. Ordered on ATT Premier online store on Sunday. Had phone on doorstep on Tuesday.

Not eligible for subsidized upgrade yet on the line I added the phone.

3 lines on my account.

Longtime ATT customer.

Basic 550 minute plan + family unlimited texting + 2 iPhones + basic Nokia.

Did not activate new SIM provided; simply swapped out the one from the iPhone. Within minutes the phone was recognized and working.

Traveled from OR to CA yesterday, and phone worked fine. Just wish battery would last longer.

This is a great phone; first Android experience. :)

Exclusive upgrade: only 8 months into my captivate(that was a new contract) and for $189 and a new two year contract I can get an inspire.

I took advantage of the Costco deal for an AT&T contract renewal... You don't need to be a member and the phone arrived with the free accessory kit in the 3-4 days. Just over $21 with tax and a free accessory kit .. Can't beat it!
