Help oh no, broken screen..

Lurker
Unfortunately I broke my screen. The experience taught me to not drop phones on asphalt covered in rocks, they don't seem to fair well against it.

Anyway, instead of getting it fixed I'm going to use an upgrade I have available on something else because I'm always up for change.

I've had it listed on ebay for a couple days now at a starting bid of $100 with buy it now price of $200. Besides the broken digitizer and the fact that the screen is disconnected or something (doesn't turn on), it's in decent condition, with a good ESN, rooted/unlocked, and it comes with the original box. Should I be asking for less? Where else can I list it in addition to ebay?

In my opinion, a broken screen is definitely not a reason to sell it, you could fix it yourself (digitizer and screen) for probably around 50 bucks. Of course, that's assuming both of those things are broken. If you really do not want to spend the time to fix it, there are always people that would be willing to do it for you. I'm assuming they would fix it for around $100. That may seem like a hefty price to pay, but doing so could allow you to sell your Galaxy Nexus for much, much higher than $150. Of course, if you get your phone fixed, why would you feel the need to sell it? In my opinion, it's the hottest Android phone out right now, but that may be subject to change when the Incredible 4G is released and definitely change when the Galaxy SIII drops (too bad it won't come to Verizon though).

EDIT: I'm sorry, I didn't see you had already visited the idea of fixing your phone. Disregard this entire post, except maybe the portion on the Galaxy Nexus vs. other phones.
