Created a the back ups required to root phone and flashed cyan mod rom too it.... now i don't have any apps and I use to have and not android market what do I do..... sleeping on this before I do a factory reset.

or read the FAQ's...
Q: I just installed and I don't see any Google Apps.
A: You need to install the Google apps. They are available in ROMManager. ROMManager also asks you if you want to install the Google Apps addon when you install via ROMManager.
As Logan47 quite rightly states, you need to flash the Google App's, (gapps), package separately, via ROM Manager. This will give you, amongst other things, Market. You can then re-download and install Titanium Backup.
