Root Oh snap... major issue...

Well I was really excited about rooting my phone, I flashed a rom before backing up the stock rom. Now when I turn on the phone it just loops the boot screen!?!

If someone could help asap I would greatly appreciate it.

What kind of ROM and how did you flash it?If you have access to a PC and you have mini SD card adapter download a stock rooted ROM put on the SD card,go Recovery mode and flash it.Wipe the phone clean before you flash.

Try re flashing the rom and make sure you wipe data, cache, and dalvik. Then once you get the rom loaded do a nandroid!!!! Hope that helps!

I turned off the phone, held volume down and power, wen into recovery and installed from sd.

I've tried factory reset, wipe cache, wipe dalvik then reinstalling and it's still not working. I dont have a mini SD card adapter...

any other advice?

Well I found my girlfriends OLLLLLDDDDDD samsung instinct which also uses micro sd cards... downloaded stock froyo rom... connected instinct to computer... put the rom on the card, put the card in my evo, and now I'm trying to flash...

Hopefully my ghetto rigging skills are strong...
