Root ok I think I flashed over to VM from MPCS

I've followed this guide, I found on XDA,

I've successfully (S-off) and unlocked the bootloaded, installed CWM 6.0.0.5

but no matter what happens it still says ROAMING!

I'm not sure if flashing a VM rom for a MPCS phone will make any difference about the romaing part. Check your phone bill I guess. And if it does make a difference, I guess you should revert back to stock rom and trying something different
