Root Ok im Stumped...on fast boot

ok yesterday i flashed a bad ROM and didn't make a back up everytime i turn my phone on im always booting into fast mode and i cant get out of it...i just flashed twrp over cwm and its working but i just cant get it out of fast mode and theres a rom flashed on it...
 
Sounds like you'll need to either plug your SD Card into your PC and copy a good ROM and flash it in twrp or cwm. You might also be able to use ADB to push it while in twrp/cwm.

ive try flashinh another rom but still no go i think it might be the boot loader
 
Also, are you sure it's fastboot (black screen) or is it download mode (white? screen)? It sounds like you might have flashed twrp/cwm to boot not recovery...but i'm not 100% sure.
 
its a black screen with the text and when i found out the rom didnt work i clean all the system and data files from the phone
 
Ok I need help because everytime I turn on my phone this comes up and I tried all thr tutorials and stil no luck soo I need help

It may be your boot.img is coorrupted or somehow borked. You can try to pull a boot.img out of the zv4 or zv5 rom and fastboot it to ur phone, or you could try and download a recovery image and fastboot boot recovery.img and flash a new rom or restore if youve made a backup. Hope this helps

Ok thanks but how to pull a boot.img and I tried to flash a new rom and I still get that message I have twrp installed

Just open rom.zip with an archive manager, select boot.img and extract to folder where you have fastboot.exe(assuming ur on windows). Open cmd promt and cd to that directory, run fastboot boot boot.img. if it works your phone should boot normally. If it does just flash the boot img with fastboot flash boot boot.img

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU IT WORKED I BEEN OUT OF AMPHONE FOR A MONTH AND VM DIDNT WANT TO FIX MY PHONE...I JUST CANT SHOW HOW HAPPY I REALLY AM RIGHT NOW
