OK, so it's been 6 months...

honestly, I really like the way HTC set this phone up. My experience with this phone will make me look at HTC phones first whenever I buy a new phone
Totally agree with you that in future phones, I will look at HTC first simply based upon this good experience with the HTC Incredible.

The last 4 phones I've had have all been HTC. Before that was a Samsung (or should I say "SamSLUG").

I will most likely stay with HTC as well. Been pretty good so far. Still haven't heard anything about the Incredible HD yet, just rumors about it coming out Nov 23rd.

And still nothing better! HTC's SenseUI rules! Bing on the Samsung sucks and MotoBlur is horrible!

My enthusiasm for the phone has dropped considerably over the last month and half I've owned it. I predict that by the end of the contract I'll go back to the basic cell phone and just use my laptop for e-mail, internet etc.

Dead-pan ?

Are you being sarcastic, or are you for real? Surely you jest!

Really?! 15-20 times a day? Are you rooted? If not, sounds like you have some bad apps or something.

Back on topic. . . have had my inc since day 1 and wouldn't trade for anything else that's out right now. Nothing has the same form-factor in combination with specs. Has been perfect so far.

Nope, not rooted. I wiped my phone and left it appless besides the stuff that comes with it and it continued to do it. While not as frequent it is still annoying.

I love this phone except the fact that for the past few weeks it feels the need to reset itself about 15-20 times a day and multiple times in a row. The only way to stop it sometimes is to do a battery pull. I got rid of my BB because I hated doing battery pulls.

Have you tried a hard-reset? Something is definitely wrong with your device. That's not something I've even heard of before. Mine will reset but it is ALWAYS when the navigation is running, and only then, when I'm on the phone at the same time.
