Okay guys, I have a question...

If I return my current phone within it's 30 days (which doesn't end until around August 19th) do I have to get another phone right then, or can I just wait until the Epic comes out, and then pay the 2-year upgrade price for it?
 
As long as you have your old phone to transfer back onto, you can just wait it out till Epic comes out.
 
You can place the line on hold and use it towards another phone. Ask for the retentions dept CS doesn't have a clue. Basically you'll still be paying for that line and the phone number will be active on a dummy account but if you return the phone you'll get your full rebate on whatever comes out in the future.

That would be awesome if it were only going to be a few days... We just don't know yet, it's looking like it will be a few weeks at minimum right now.
