Help Old swype and market?

I just picked up an evo today. I got my newer 2.3.3 update as I was leaving the store. Problem is I updated and all day its still using the old market that was new to the end of 2.1. I don't have the new market that reminds me of windows phone. Also I can't download the newest swype beta, I log in and get the installer apk but it won't update. Thanks in advance.

2.3.3 has Swype already. Just do a long press on any typing field. A window will pop that says "input method". Select that and then select Swype... Boila, you have Swype..

I know that lol, I'm looking for the new version 3.5 beta or whatever, if you go to beta.swype.com its there to download but it doesn't work if you have a phone with swype preinstalled. That and I still have the old market

Go to manage applications first and check unknown sources, click the link from your phone and you'll download 3.1.5 market. When it finishes, pill down the notification bar and press the download complete. Press yes to install
