I Don't know what exactly happened. My phone is now stuck in 1X mode every where I go and I cannot get my WiFi to browse websites or Google Play. I can still use the WiFi to beam videos and stuff to my XBOX no problem. Anyone have an tips or anything to fix this problem?

Open Phone app:
Dial *#*#INFO#*#*
Phone Information>Scroll all the way down> Change first setting to CDMA (auto) or something like that, press back key. See if it changes, if not, power off, pull battery, hold power button for 5 seconds, insert battery, power on, dial *228 and say roaming list when you are finally in main menu. Then say yes, make sure you have a decent signal. When it is done you will not have signal. Reboot.

Just tried it.. the info, and *228 and everything. Still stuck in 1Xrtt and Wifi (still connects and is usable by my beaming software to xbox360) but everything else dont work. I know the tips you gave me have nothing to do with the wifi only mobile networks.

I went into *#*#INFO#*#* and checked out wifi status.. I'm connected to my wifi.. and the info shows

Wifi state: enabled
network state: connected to belkin.854
supplicant state: completed
rssi: (blank)
ipaddr: (blank)
(everything is blank) and I run the ping test and results are
ping ipaddr: fail: ip addr not reachable
ping hostname: fail: host unreachable
HTTP client test: fail: IOException

someone please help...

anyways.. fixed the 1x problem by updating my PRL manually to 3032. and fixed the wifi issue by removing Google Drive (some reason it was messing up my wifi). Anyways, everything is fixed thank god. :) have a good day.
