Help On screen buttons keep on stop vibrating

I've had the inspire for about a week now, and in the past couple of days the "onscreen buttons"(home, search,etc..) keep on stop vibrating. It happens three times in the past couple of day.

I have to go to settings then sound and check them again because they keep on getting unchecked.. Anybody know how to stop them from doing that?

One more thing I am noticing, the ring tone always reset to the default one, anybody else having similar problems?

I might go exchange my phone, but I feel like AT&T going to give me a hard time because these issues don't happen all the time and no way for me to prove it to the rep
