Help On-Screen Phone Issues

I was recently using on-screen phone and I was attempting to play Fallout Shelter on my big screen, I connected my tablet to the computer and it all worked out well when using on-screen phone and connecting and such, but the only main issue I had was that I connected it when the tablet only had literally 4% battery life left, I can't help but feel that might have compromised the experience; the program itself warned me that I couldn't fully refresh the frame-rate (paraphrasing) whist using a large resolution. Could anything be done to smooth up the process? I naturally assumed "Ah the frames are lagging behind because of low battery life." but could my actual PC resolution be an issue? Perhaps even my graphics card? I'm just curious as to what I can do to better the frame-rate whilst using on-screen phone, I can't really enjoy Fallout Shelter if there's lag during the screen sharing. I should mention there is zero lag on the tablet itself, but the computer isn't relaying the information back in real-time, but rather four seconds later. I can't tell if this delay is part of the process or it can be boosted/fixed in some way, because I don't think LG would develop a program that only makes your sharing slower in the process. If this is a graphics card issue or CPU issue of the computer itself could you tell me? I really just want the sharing process to be in real time. Thank you in advance for anyone who can help.

Hello there!
I'm a little confused here, sorry, but what device do you have?
Your profile says the LG G3 Tablet, and you mention "on screen phone" and "big screen" and "tablet" and "computer".

I mean, perhaps someone else knows what you are trying to do, but my little peabrain is trying to figure out how many devices we got going on here and what device you actually have, or are using? :)
