So are there any VM phones you can buy on the minute plan that allow wifi only web browsing? I'm considering going back to the $15-$20 every 3 month plan. In the past year with the $25/mo plan, I use less than 50 minutes per month. I now have a Galaxy Wifi for wifi and VOIP calling, and don't need a big phone plan (other than a few minutes). Would be nice to use my OV for it... but I guess they won't do that.
