Help On Useful apps

Hey I just got the Galaxy Nexus and I'm super excited, it's my first REAL smartphone, I'm switching over from the Blackberry Bold so you can imagine the amount of pure pleasure I'm in right now hahah. I'm also a bit lost considering how complicated this phone is, but I'm fixing that with this site (thank you for that btw this place and people helped me out tons).
On to the real question. Are there any apps which you think are useful to have/need to have or any that you personally can't live without?

Thanks in advance for the comments!

Just got mine this week and got to say that I am disappointed with the standard UI. The keyboard isn't very good nor is the browser layout, but since installing SwiftKey X keyboard and Dolphin browser I feel like its becoming a great phone.

I hate the Gallery and contact lists too so need something to make it more pleasant on the eye.

Dolphin HD browser is absolutely fantastic.

Stock browser is great in my opinion

try google chrome beta too.

Tried that on on both instances, I found it hard to use the browser with one hand. Stretching my thumb for the Bookmark tab was too much hassle, and nearly caused me to drop my phone.
Dolphin browser is very user friendly with everything easily accessible and to make it even better, the Gesture option is awesome. You just make a squiggle on the screen to take you to a web page of your choice. So easy.

Try Quick Controls and fullscreen for the stock browser (Settings>Labs). That way you can access a lot of things by just swiping your finger onto the screen from the side.

Also, I love the stock keyboard. I think it's the best keyboard I've used on any phone.

Take a look at the what you want from your phone:
News: Pulse
Sports: Sports Tap
Browser options: Opera, Dolphin, Chrome (no flash), Boat (I really love stock)
Texting: Handcent, GoSMS
Wallpapers: Wallbase
Your usual social media apps, stock Facebook and Twitter are great, Seesmic is a nice option for tying the two together

Basically the Market is filled with a ton of awesome apps. Each user has different needs and wants. If there's something in particular you're looking for, ask us, it's likely available.

Thanks, I tried that but still feel it is clumsy and still have to reach up for the bookmark tab when using one hand.

Try Quick ICS Browser. It allows you to customers, use which controls appear pm the quick controls, gives you two layers just like Honeycomb, and allows for different ones to appear depending on where you swipe in. Like ICS Browser + but better - the dev has seemed to stop updating it, but this is where that Browser initially promised to go. Also supports gestures, and maintains ICS look and feel. Great.

Neither the stock browser nor ics+ allows you to organize your bookmarks the way Dolohin does.
I also like handcent, ES file explorer, go launcher, better keyboard 8, documents to go, and if you're rooted titanium backup, busybox, and better terminal emulator pro.
